Toshiba Qosmio X70 Disassembly Steps..

In this guide, i’ll explan How to disassemble Toshiba Qosmio X70 to remove and replace dvd drive, hard drive, graphics card, Wireless lan card, RAM, heatsink and cooling fan, speaker and motherboard.
Toshiba Qosmio X70 Teardown step:
remove the screws securing the service cover, then remove the service cover.

under the service cover, you can find the two memory, hard drive and wireless lan card and a spare hdd bay.

remove four screws securing the hard drive assembly, you can remove the hard drive assembly.

HGST 1TB hard drive.

the spare hdd bay.

unplut two antenna, remove one screw, then remove the wireless lan card.

remove one screw securing the dvd drive.

pull out the dvd drive.

Sumsung SU-208 Dual Layer DVD R/RW RAM Burner Drive

remove all the screws from the bottom case, then open the bottom case.

now we can get access the heatsink and cooling fan

remove two screws securing the cooling fan, loosen eight screws securing the heat sink

the heat sink and cooling fan has been removed.

remove two screws securing the graphics card, the graphics card can be removed, Toshiba Qosmio X70 using a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 770M graphics card.
