Acer Aspire V Nitro VN7-591G Disassembly Steps

In this guide, i’ll explain How To disassemble Acer Aspire V Nitro VN7-591G, i will remove battery, RAM memory, wireless card, keyboard, palm rest, hard drive, cooling fan and motherboard, refer on this guide, you can repair, clean cooling fan, upgrade ram, hdd, ssd for your Aspire VN7-591G
remove all the screws from bottom case.

Flip over the laptop, pry up the palm rest with a pry bar
lift up the palm rest and disconnect the keyboard cable, backlit cable and touchpad cable, the remove the palm rest.

Aspire VN7-591G palm rest, now remove and replace keyboard will be very easy.

under the palm rest, we can get access the battery, ssd, hard drive, speakers and cooling fan.

Acer Aspire VN7-591G come with a Lite-on 60GB SSD, remove the screw and take it away from it’s slot.

remove the screws securing the battery and disconnect the battery power cable, then remove the battery

Acer Aspire VN7-591G come with a 11.1v,52.5wh li-ion battery, Acer p/n: AC14A8L

disconnect the card reader board cable from motherboard and remove the card reader board

Acer Aspire VN7-591G come with WD 1TB hard drive

disconnect two antennas, remove the screw, then remove the wireless lan card.
