When i hit the power button on my dell inspiron 15 (3521) It sounds like
it will boot up then it seems to stop. The screen stays blank and the
laptop makes a loud beep type noise. i ran all the virus scans and
diagnostic things but they all say everything is fine. But i can only
turn it on with a small miracle. Any help is appreciated.
